Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have ordered, you may return it any time within 14 days of delivery. However, we must authorize all returned items before they are shipped back to us. To receive a return authorization, please call us at 1-800-596-1725.

Please note, the customer pays all shipping costs for returns or warranty exchanges. After receiving an authorization, please ship the item to:

Racquets

Returns
All returned racquets must be unused, preferrably with the wrapper still on the handle.

Warranty
All tennis racquets sold by Garrison Sports Group are guaranteed new and free from any scuffs, chips, or breaks. All new tennis racquets are covered by a one year manufacturers warranty, which covers all defects in workmanship and construction. Please be advised, any physical (intentional) abuse to the racquet is not covered.

Cracked Racquet Policy
Should we inspect a returned racquet and deem that it has broken as a result from an impact from another object (ground, fence, net post), we cannot replace it. Garrison Sports Group also advises our customers to seek out United States Racquet Stringers Association (USRSA) members who are certified stringers (CS) or master racquet technicians (MRT). An inexperienced or poorly skilled stringer has the ability to break or crack a racquet, and our warranty does not cover improper stringing.

Footwear

All footwear sold by Garrison Sports Group is accompanied by a one year manufacturers warranty, which covers defects in workmanship. This does not cover any direct abuse of the shoe (such as boring a hole into the side with your hands or some other object). Also, this does NOT cover the sole (see next bullet). We cannot replace shoestrings.

Footwear Warranty Replacement

Please note that should you buy WILSON or PRINCE shoes, they are further covered by a six month sole guarantee. Should you wear through the sole of the shoe within six months of your purchase date, you may send them back to us and we will replace them with the same or next best model. You will pay all shipping and handling fees incurred.

Bags

All luggage (bags) purchased from Garrison Sports Group are accompanied by a one year manufacturers warranty against defects in workmanship. Please note that we cannot cover “overstuffing” i.e., stuffing your bag so full that the seams burst and the zippers break.

Apparel

All apparel sold by Garrison Sports Group is guaranteed to be sold with no tears, snags or similar defects. Past this, we cannot warranty clothing, for many reasons. If upon receipt of clothing you notice something wrong with your pieces, it is your duty to contact Garrison Sports right away, and Garrison Sports Group will handle it accordingly.

String

All string sold by Garrison Sports Group is guaranteed to be free of defect upon receipt. Should the string break while you are stringing with it, you may send it back to us for inspection. Should we find that it broke by defect and not stringer error, we will replace it free of charge.

Court Equipment

All court equipment ordered from Garrison Sports Group is guaranteed from any defect in workmanship, and is covered by a one year warranty.
